What sounds ideal in theory don't happen in the real world,

just like you wanna take out the negative shade out of this life,

but it don't go away even out of the purest soul.

I aint that European conqueror bringin his disease to the pure of a native land,

I aint that native tribesman willin to capture ma fellow brother for a piece of cloth and land,

I aint that Arab invader to go on a rampage destroyin symbols of divinity,

I aint that Pearl Harbor to be bombed like em Hiroshima & Nagasaki,

I aint that false politician keepin em poor way under the line of poverty,

I aint a maniac terrorist with a godless cause,

I aint an ignorant racist ridin on a horse with a burnin cross,

I aint that greedy capitalist in the disguised persona of the boss,

I ain't that blood of a starvin African boy on that shinin diamond sittin on your finger,

I ain't that selfish war-fighter, who teaches em poor little souls how to get a grip on the trigger,

I aint that non-violence advocator when I see ma people under a cruel oppression,

I aint that dictator whose craziness gave rise to a holocaust generation,

I aint that political leader playin with em dead presidents,

I aint that psycho-minded student-assassin to be killin em innocents,

cuz I aint that teen who's sinkin into a quicksand called adolescence,

I aint that fake reality show upliftin your mind to higher levels of dumbness,

neither I aint that promiscuous partner of yours to be leavin you in a state of apprehension,

nor I aint that workaholic to be leavin you to up scaled levels of dissatisfaction,

I aint that commercial mind takin music to new low levels of degradation,

I aint that golbal warming effect to be sinkin a continent,

I aint that fusion of chemicals that's gon bring all em eras to an END.

Neither I aint the diabolical thought in the mind of the devil,

nor I aint the purest sanity in the spirit of the Lord,

all I know is I aint nothin I say I aint.
